1. 入塵 (Dust)：最常見的物理現象
變焦鏡頭在伸縮時會產生「呼吸效應」，吸入空氣中的微塵是無法避免的。如果只是幾顆細小的灰塵，通常完全不會影響成像，我們在估價時幾乎不會扣款，或者僅象徵性調整。除非是大顆塵點落在後玉（Rear Element），縮光圈後會在照片上形成黑點，這才需要扣除清潔費用。
Zoom lenses create a “breathing effect” when extending and retracting, making the intake of fine dust from the air inevitable. If it’s just a few tiny dust particles, it usually won’t affect the image at all, and we barely deduct money during valuation, or only make a symbolic adjustment. Unless large dust particles fall on the rear element, forming black spots on the photo when the aperture is stopped down, cleaning fees will need to be deducted.
2. 菌絲 (Fungus/Mycelium)：需要及時治療
如果鏡頭長期未放在防潮箱，鏡片表面可能會長出像蜘蛛網般的白色菌絲。輕微的菌絲可以透過拆鏡清洗去除，雖然會扣除維修師傅的工時費，但鏡頭依然有價值。然而，如果菌絲已經「吃」進鍍膜層，留下永久性的腐蝕痕跡，這就會被視為較嚴重的瑕疵。
If the lens is not kept in a dry cabinet for a long time, white spiderweb-like mycelium may grow on the lens surface. Slight mycelium can be removed by disassembling and cleaning. Although the repairman’s labor cost will be deducted, the lens still has value. However, if the mycelium has “eaten” into the coating layer, leaving permanent corrosion marks, this will be considered a more serious flaw.
3. 霧化 (Haze)：光學的絕症
這是最嚴重的情況。當鏡片內部的膠合層老化或受潮變質，會形成整片白霧狀。這會導致照片對比度大幅下降，看起來灰濛濛的（俗稱見光死）。霧化通常難以完全修復，因此對 二手鏡頭估價 的影響最大。
This is the most serious situation. When the cemented layer inside the lens ages or deteriorates due to moisture, it forms a whole patch of white fog. This causes a significant drop in photo contrast, making it look grayish (commonly known as dying in the light). Haze is usually difficult to completely repair, so it has the greatest impact on used lens valuation.
